The territory of Ome and its districts is a succession of hills and valleys in the eastern perimeter of the land of Franciacorta, an internationally renowned wine area. Very close to Lake Iseo and just as close to Brescia, the town is crossed by the Gandovere stream which rises a little further north in a place called Fus in whose wood the Conifers Botanical Garden shines. Botanical Garden can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A place of historical interest is the Borgo del Maglio with a museum and a forge still in operation.
