Our bed and bre is the perfect place for a romantic getaway, for travellers who like to treat themselves to wellness breaks while taking care of themselves in a discreet and refined environment, for lovers of the silence of nature and tranquillity away from the city. Surrounding the B&B Corte Martinola is Franciacorta and its extraordinary wine cellars, the Brescian Hills Park, Lake Iseo with the surrounding nature reserve of the Torbiere (peat bogs) and the fascinating Monte Isola. Lake Iseo is very close to Bed&Breakfast Corte Martinola. You can reach the most beautiful shores of the lake and points of interest in just 15 minutes by car along the charming Franciacorta wine route.
Accommodation features
We offer our guests rooms with different options and an outdoor parking space, an exclusive 'court' and a garden. Internet connection via a high-performance wi-fi is free of charge. The TV is connected to TvSat. The minibar available to guests is located in the b&b kitchen. The fully equipped kitchen and its porch can be used by guests who wish to do so during the day or in the evening to have their own cold meal; the town centre offers opportunities, from take-away to a pizzeria.
There is the possibility of returning at any time of the night.
Marina, your host, cultivates a small vegetable garden during the summer season, which frames our house. We will be happy to show you areas for hiking, cycling/mountain biking or just walking.
Our rooms
A large, bright living room on the first floor leads to the bedrooms. The Corte Martinola Bed & Breakfast sleeps 6 in rooms of 2 and 4. All beds have memory foam mattresses.
There are two bathrooms, one on-suite and one outside exclusive.
Every morning we greet those who have chosen to sleep in Franciacorta with our Italian-style breakfasts: on the porch in fine weather, or in the lounge or living room when the weather is fine.
At B&B Corte Martinola breakfast is served daily with an abundant choice of: milk, coffee, cappuccino, tea and herbal teas, fruit juices, yoghurt, cereals, croissants, freshly baked cakes, jams, honey, fruit, biscuits, hot rolls.
We are particularly attentive to any food intolerances. If we are notified in good time, we prepare breakfasts for coeliacs and lactose intolerant persons.
I am 50 years old and was born in Brescia. I like to travel and travelling in Italy and abroad I have tended to prefer the B&B formula. Thus my 'dream in the drawer' was born. On some trip, somewhere in the world, I certainly said to myself: 'I also want to run a small accommodation business'.
I came to this place together with my husband Gianni, in 2020, cultivating the dream that has found a home here. Corte Martinola was born to be our home, but also a place to meet and stop for those who are travelling, for those who love the quiet of a small valley, for those who simply want to stop..the time to read a book.

The territory of Ome and its districts is a succession of hills and valleys in the eastern perimeter of the land of Franciacorta, an internationally renowned wine area. Very close to Lake Iseo and just as close to Brescia, the town is crossed by the Gandovere stream which rises a little further north in a place called Fus in whose wood the Conifers Botanical Garden shines. Botanical Garden can be reached on foot in a few minutes. A place of historical interest is the Borgo del Maglio with a museum and a forge still in operation.
The B&B is located in the Valle district, not far from all the points of interest and usefulness that the town offers, all within walking distance: various food shops, restaurants and some of the most renowned wineries in Franciacorta. There are the Post Office, the pharmacy, the petrol station. At the gates of Ome there is also an important hospital.
The Franciacorta Padel Center was recently inaugurated at the sports center of the town. And for a day of shopping, the nearby and renowned Franciacorta Outlet.
Then in a few minutes by car, along the suggestive wine route, you reach an extraordinary naturalistic place not to be missed: the Torbiere del Sebino and just beyond Lake Iseo with the landing stage for the island of Montisola.
